Suno raises $400M at a $5.4B valuation

Suno closed a Series D of more than $400M led by Bond Capital at a $5.4B valuation, more than doubling its worth from roughly seven months earlier. The company cited over 2M subscribers and around $300M projected annual revenue, with funds earmarked for hiring and new products, and a label-co-developed model expected to ship within months.
