RealityScan 2.2
AMD GPU support, mixed-GPU processing, and free 360-footage conversion.
RS
RealityScanPhotogrammetry processing in RealityScan now runs on AMD GPUs (RDNA 3 and 4, Windows first), and you can mix AMD and NVIDIA cards in one machine with work spread across all of them. The release also ships Pano2Views, a free companion tool that converts 360-camera footage into RealityScan-compatible cube maps, which turns a cheap 360 camera into a viable capture device for environment scanning. RealityScan stays free for teams under one million dollars in annual revenue. Scan-to-asset no longer requires an NVIDIA box, and that quietly widens who can afford a scanning pipeline.
