Horizon Create and Horizon Studio
Meta announces prompt-to-game tools for 2D and 3D games, in early access via a waitlist.
At Meta Connect, Meta announced two AI creation tools built on its Horizon Engine: Horizon Create, a mobile app, and Horizon Studio, a browser editor with visual editing and asset management. Meta says you describe a game in plain text and get a playable 2D or 3D game you can keep refining, moving the project between the two apps. Games publish to Facebook, Instagram and Horizon. The catch for anyone hoping to ship elsewhere: Meta mentions no export to other engines or stores, and no pricing. Both are in early access, rolling out gradually through a waitlist, so most people cannot use them yet. It is a clear signal that prompt-to-game tools are moving into big consumer platforms.
