Make Godot games entirely on Android

GABE, the Godot Android Build Environment, reached stable: a companion app that runs Gradle exports on-device so you can create, develop, export, and publish a Godot game using only an Android phone or XR headset. It generates AAB and APK files locally and supports plugins like Play Billing and AdMob that previously needed a PC.
